Strategic Plan 2008 - 2012
The Strategic Plan for NAPO-CT describes our strategy for leading and
growing the organization for the next five years under the theme of
"Collaboration for the Future."
Goal 1. Provide programs that assist organizers and foster public
understanding of the profession.
Goal 2. Implement alternative fundraising strategies.
Goal 3. Build strategic alliances and partnerships that further the NAPO-CT
mission.
Goal 4. Implement improvements in use of technology and practices to:
(a) support membership growth
(b) support educational programming
(c) support marketing
(d) support operational efficiencies
(e) support fundraising
Goal 5. Work toward the development of a Northeast Regional Conference.
